En Financial Systems Company, estamos en búsqueda de nuestro próximo Infrastructure Analyst quien es el respondable de apoyar en la administración de recursos tecnológicos y los servicios de conexión e implementación con clientes, este cargo inluye monitoreo de sistemas, redes y servidores, y apoyo en la implementación de nuevas tecnologías y soluciones de infraestructura. Lo que buscamos en ti: Requerimientos: Profesional o Tecnólogo en carreras de Sistemas o afines. Experiencia: Más de dos (2) años de experiencia en: Administración de Infraestructura. Conocimientos de redes TCP/IP. Administración y configuración de sistemas operativos Linux y Windows. Soporte a usuarios internos y externos. Administracion de centros de cómputo.. Implementación y/o soporte en el uso de Sistemas de Gestión. Operaciones de respaldo y contingencia. Conocimientos en SQL. Plataformas Cloud (OCI, AWS, GCP, Azure). Automatizacion de procesos (script de shell). Conocimientos en Docker y Kubernetes. Servicio al cliente. Inglés Básico. Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán: Analizar los requerimientos y tickets de los clientes internos y externos para entender su necesidad y prestar el soporte adecuado de acuerdo con el esquema de prioridades y los niveles de servicio establecidos. Coordinar con otros equipos internos de la Compañía, las actividades que sean necesarias para lograr la completa satisfacción de clientes internos y externos. Encontrar soluciones eficientes que ayuden a agilizar el trabajo del equipo y a cumplir los objetivos del área, entendiendo los problemas que se puedan presentar. Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los recursos informáticos de FSC, velando porque la infraestructura tecnológica se encuentre disponible para los usuarios y clientes. Optimizar los recursos disponibles de hardware y software. Prestar el apoyo ante cualquier inconveniente de software y hardware que se presente en FSC. Documentar los tickets que desarrolle por medio de los FAQ. Diseñar, maquetar y desplegar todos los recursos de infraestructura de red, hardware y software en plataformas cloud públicas y privadas. Implementar nuevas herramientas y procesos, buscando siempre estar usando ultimas tecnologias de Infraestructura y Seguridad. Manejar S.O. Windows y Linux, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento y mantenimiento requerido. Realizar el aseguramiento de Backups, planes de continuidad del negocio, Alta disponibilidad, DRP. Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos, redes y sistemas, resolviendo incidencias y asegurando la disponibilidad de los servicios tanto para clientes internos como externos. About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with expertise in Java and AWS to join our innovative team. As an SDET, you will design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and strategies for cloud-native applications. Your strong AWS experience will be critical to ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of our software solutions in a cloud environment. Role: QA Automation / SDET Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer, or related role, with strong automation experience in Java. Proven expertise with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch. Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit. Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs and microservices using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or GitHub Actions. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices. Solid knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or k6. Exposure to BDD frameworks like Cucumber. Familiarity with AWS security best practices, including IAM roles and policies. Experience with databases and writing SQL queries. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement automated test frameworks and tools using Java to validate cloud-based applications and services hosted on AWS. Develop and execute tests for APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB). Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to ensure testability and cloud best practices. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines leveraging AWS services like CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or third-party tools. Conduct performance and scalability testing for applications deployed on AWS. Ensure comprehensive test coverage for infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform. Monitor and analyze test results, identifying and resolving issues related to AWS-based services. Optimize and scale testing environments using AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, EKS).
