    About Our Client: Our client is a forward-thinking, growth-oriented healthcare services and technology a company that provides state-of-the-art pharmacy solutions. The Release Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and communicating Software Releases from inception to completion. Role: Release Coordinator Responsibilities: Coordinates releases, ensuring their initiatives, quality, and timelines are met. Coordinates cross-departmental release management activities and deliverables. Schedule and Facilitate daily/weekly/bi-weekly Scrum meetings/events. Supports release execution by monitoring each phase of the release. Works with remote cross-functional teams to align release schedule and sign off foreach release. Ensures observance of DoD (Definition of done). Monitors release progress by tracking activity; engaging related parties; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. Constructs workflow charts and diagrams and documentation using Miro, Confluence, JIRA and other tools. Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures. Maintains teams' confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Performs periodic reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports. Assists on creation of informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlight relevant processes trends and opportunities for improvement. Requirements: More one (1) years of experience as a Release Coordinator / Release Manager, Scrum Master. Understanding of the Software development lifecycle (SDLC). Good understanding of Atlassian applications (JIRA/Confluence). Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Ability to lead projects where team members represent multiple levels within the organization. Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive; a life-long learner. Ability to work independently and with others, covering multiple time zones. Extremely organized with strong time-management skills. Self-starter; runs until tackled. Scrum Master & Agile certifications will be a plus. Labor Conditions: Workplace: Colombia. Type of Contract: Indefinite Term. Salary Range: $2,000,000 - 3,000,000. This vacancy is disclosed through
