Tu Misión:
- Como Analista Senior de Ventas, serás responsable de combinar un sólido conocimiento técnico en análisis de datos con una visión estratégica de negocio. Tu trabajo será clave para apoyar la toma de decisiones de la compañía mediante el análisis de desempeño comercial, suscripciones, retención y crecimiento de ingresos.
Requisitos indispensables (Must Haves):
- Título en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Estadística, Ciencias de la Computación o campos afines (experiencia relevante puede sustituir el título).
- Más de cinco (5) años de experiencia en un cargo similar.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Generar consultas complejas en nuestro Data Warehouse utilizando SQL avanzado.
- Desarrollar y mantener reportes y dashboards en Google Looker sobre ventas, suscripciones y comportamiento del cliente.
- Crear presentaciones ejecutivas con insights accionables y recomendaciones estratégicas.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Ventas y Marketing para identificar oportunidades y necesidades analíticas.
- Comunicar hallazgos a usuarios no técnicos, traduciendo datos en estrategias de negocio claras.
- Trabajar con equipos multifuncionales para definir y medir KPIs en adquisición, retención y crecimiento.
- Gestionar tareas y proyectos mediante JIRA.
