Must-Have:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in digital or marketing environments.
Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Asana
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data and metrics.
Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Experience working with email marketing, digital acquisition, or website teams.
Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment. Nice To Haves:
Experience in the adult entertainment industry or audiovisual production.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with email marketing platforms (Dot Digital or similar).

What we are looking for:

Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a full-time Growth Operations Project Manager. This role is key to coordinating and executing growth operations across our Front of Store (FOS), Product Growth (PGA), and Email Marketing channels. The person in this position will serve as the bridge between our marketing, technology, and content teams, ensuring projects move forward with clarity, on time, and with a focus on results. This is a REMOTE position.

What you'll be doing:

Plan, coordinate, and track projects and campaigns across the FOS, PGA, and Email channels
Manage the launch and campaign calendar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing, technology, content, and data teams.
Define and track KPIs for each channel, reporting on progress and deviations on a regular basis.
Identify process bottlenecks and propose operational improvements.
Facilitate planning meetings, retrospectives, and priority reviews with the teams involved.
Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with the Email team on the execution of acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
Collaborate with the FOS team on the planning and tracking of site and tour updates.
Support the PGA team in managing and prioritizing growth initiatives.
Ensure visibility and transparency on the status of each project for internal stakeholders.
Actively participate in our EOS methodology meetings..
