Requirements:

  • Stable work history, with at least 2 years per position.
  • C1 English proficiency - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing and web development
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Client-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and web development (preferred).
  • Experience with project management tools like Workamajig and ClickUp (desirable).
  • Availability for remote work and ability to manage different time zones.
  • Project management experience, including: Time estimation and task tracking.
  • Coordination with subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Quality control before client deliveries.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Google Ads, Paid Social Media campaigns, and web design/development projects.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, the internal team, and external vendors.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to improve processes and outcomes.
