    We are looking for a Senior Full Stack (Back-end oriented) (Node.js) Developer/Architect with strong experience in healthcare software development, backend architecture design, and cloud platforms. The role combines hands-on engineering with architectural decision-making and participation in discovery and presales activities. About Project: A center of excellence (COE) is a team of senior tech experts who conduct research on strategic tech trends, maintain top quality standards, foster professional development, and can provide you with expert consulting throughout the whole development process. The CoE helps our clients to perform a Product Discovery Phase, build a prototype, and validate a product concept. The experts provide a client with a High-Level Architecture plan, the suggested technology stack, the design of the product, time and cost estimates, consulting, and a Work Breakdown Structure. Furthermore, CoE provides tech assessment and consulting in case of a bottleneck or a non-trivial problem on existing projects. Must have: 6+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development. Strong proficiency with Node.js and JavaScript / TypeScript. Experience designing backend architectures and APIs. Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms. Experience developing Healthtech software. Understanding of sensitive data handling practices (PII / PHI). Familiarity with FHIR or HL7 healthcare interoperability standards. Experience integrating with EHR / EMR systems. English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher. Will be a plus: Experience working with healthcare platforms such as Medplum. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform or similar). Experience integrating AI services or ML-based solutions. Experience with serverless and event-driven architectures. Previous team leadership or technical mentorship experience. Responsibilities: Design application and cloud architectures, primarily for healthcare platforms Actively participate in development, especially during early project stages Participate in technical presales activities as a technical expert in the Healthtech domain Contribute to discovery phases, prepare technical solutions, and present them to clients or internal teams Support development teams with architectural guidance and technical expertise Perform on-demand researches and build prototypes Continuously expand expertise in modern technologies and architectural approaches Work Schedule: Full-time workweek (Monday to Friday), 40 hours.
