Role: Middle Salesforce Administrator Requirements: We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of professional experience to join our high-performing and highly visible Salesforce Team. Must have: 3+ years of commercial experience; Understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionality. Objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules creation and management. Experience configuring automation using Flows. User and Permission management experience. Knowledge of data management tools. Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+). Will be a plus: Experience of managing Customer supports communication and requests. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day configuration of the Salesforce org, ensuring system stability and data accuracy. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and automation tools. Provide ongoing support to end-users: troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving system errors. Conduct user training and develop documentation for new processes. Manage user onboarding/offboarding and ensure correct permission assignments. Work schedule: Full-time working day, the full remote is available. Interview Stages: Call with the recruiter.
