- Middle Salesforce Administrator
Requirements:
- We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of professional experience to join our high-performing and highly visible Salesforce Team.
Must have:
- 3+ years of commercial experience;
- Understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionality.
- Objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules creation and management.
- Experience configuring automation using Flows.
- User and Permission management experience.
- Knowledge of data management tools.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+).
Will be a plus:
- Experience of managing Customer supports communication and requests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day configuration of the Salesforce org, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and automation tools.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users: troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving system errors.
- Conduct user training and develop documentation for new processes.
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding and ensure correct permission assignments.
Work schedule:
- Full-time working day, the full remote is available.
