    We are growing fast as a team so that's why we are currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer allocated in Colombia willing to accept challenges and with a good level of communication skills. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Participates in the testing and implementation of software as needed in the evolution of our platforms: testing user interface components (mostly Vue.js) Participates in paired programming sessions, agile software development activities, can provide reasonable levels of effort, and can provide input on deadlines Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members. Follows typical life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs testing. Develop automated integration, performance and end-to-end (E2E) tests Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project specifications, provide input, recommendations, and identify key technical risks to solutions and delivery schedules Practice good software engineering, maintain awareness of industry developments, and engage in continuous learning Required Skillset: Deep understanding of SDLC processes, experience in applying test methodologies, creating test plans, test reports, test cases, and use cases. Experience working with relational databases including Oracle and writing SQL queries for data integrity testing. Willingness and desire to learn new and different technologies Experience with testing and deploying application systems in a business environment. Experience with Agile development processes. Desire to work in an open and collaborative environment. We promote team effort and paired programming. Hands on experience implementing automated unit, integration, performance, and E2E tests for both front end and backend services. Test driven development (TDD) experience is helpful. Experience working with AWS and software architecture techniques for developing cloud native applications.     Rol: QA Data Engineer Required Skills: 3 to 4 years in Data Quality Assurance. Good understanding of exploratory testing practices. Solid understanding of Agile development. Strong SQL skills (SQL Server preferred). Knowledge and experience testing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) or database stored procedures. Understanding of Data Governance and Data Modeling is a plus. Exposure to testing Data for Data Marts, Data Warehouses, Data Integration Solutions and Data Analysis tools (Tabular models and MS Power BI are desirable). Solid experience writing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Summary reports. Proven experience understanding automation framework requirements and helping build test framework and its execution end-to-end. Desired Skills: Recommendations and advocacy for Quality best practices and experience working with build management tools like Jenkins, Azure, DevOps. Activities: Work closely with product owners, engineers, and team members to identify areas and methods to help improve testing efficiency, expand coverage, and increase product reliability. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Perform setup and administration of tools used by the testing team. Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or defects. Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members. Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements. Coordinate with business in understanding reported issues, requirements, and expected behavior. Scope of assignments may cover a broad range and complexity of technologies. Continual learning of quality best practices and technologies.
