Estamos en la búsqueda de un: Ejecutivo/a Comercial TI Requisitos: Profesionales en Marketing o carreras afines. Experiencia mínima de dos (2) años en prospección telefónica, llamadas en frío y ventas B2B o B2C. Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para abordar rechazos de manera efectiva y mantener la motivación. Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma. Habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y cumplir con plazos y objetivos de ventas. Experto/a en Prospección, llamadas en Frío, gestión de ventas, para formar parte de nuestro equipo comercial. La persona seleccionada será responsable de identificar y contactar a nuevos prospectos, generar oportunidades de negocio a través de llamadas en frío y fomentar relaciones que contribuyan al crecimiento de la empresa. Responsabilidades: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas. Realizar prospección telefónica, presencial y mediante otros canales (email, redes sociales) para identificar prospectos calificados. Gestionar y mantener actualizado el pipeline de clientes potenciales y el CRM. Realizar llamadas en frío a empresas y clientes potenciales, con el objetivo de presentar nuestros servicios y generar oportunidades de venta. Calificar prospectos y determinar su interés para posteriormente agendar reuniones presenciales y virtuales. Establecer relaciones a largo plazo con los prospectos a través de un seguimiento constante. Identificar oportunidades de negocio dentro de la cartera de clientes con el objetivo de impulsar estrategias de venta cruzada. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs establecidos (número de llamadas, conversiones, reuniones agendadas, visitas presenciales y actividades en general). Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing para mejorar las estrategias de prospección. Condiciones Laborales: Lugar de Trabajo: Bogotá. Tipo de Contrato: A término indefinido. Position Restrictions: Workplace: Bogotá. Modality: Initially 3 months on site (you won't work on weekends), after those 3 months potential hybrid (2 days per week) based on performance. Work Schedule after three months: Sunday-Sunday (2 days off). Support Operation Schedule: 7:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m. 5 days per week, 9 hours per day.
