    Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Ingeniero de Soporte en Sitio Bilingüe para unirse a nuestro equipo en la ciudad de Cali. Esta posición está orientada a profesionales recién graduados con interés en desarrollar su carrera en soporte técnico dentro de entornos regulados. Perfil requerido: Técnico, Tecnólogo o Ingeniero recién graduado en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines. Experiencia de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años. Experiencia previa (prácticas o laboral) en Empresas del Sector Farmacéutico o de Alimentos. Conocimiento de normativa y procesos en entornos regulados (deseable). Experiencia en Soporte Técnico Desktop (Hardware y Software). Apoyo en la instalación y configuración de equipos. Gestión y soporte a usuarios (creación, administración y atención de incidentes). Inglés conversacional y escrito, ya que el soporte se brinda a usuarios de diferentes regiones. Buscamos una persona: Con orientación al servicio y buena comunicación. Proactiva, organizada y con interés en aprender. Capaz de trabajar en ambientes multiculturales y con usuarios internacionales. Condiciones del cargo: Ubicación: Cali.     Your role: As a Server Virtualization Engineer, you will be a key member of our Technical Assistance Centre, providing expert network support for enterprise customers primarily in the US/Canada regions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex network and virtualization issues while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
