Cloud Platforms: GCP Preferred; Public / Private Cloud experience. Docker, Kubernetes, Java, Node.js, Python, Ansible, Terraform, Bash. Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, Sumologic. Version Control: GIT / Bitbucket. Incident Management: Proficient in setting up monitoring alerts and managing outages. Production Support: Previous SRE or large - Scale Platform Support experience. Problem-solving & Communication: Exceptional troubleshooting and verbal/written communication. English B2+. Key Words: Cloud: GCP, Kubernetes, Docker. Programming: Java, Node.js, Python. Monitoring: Splunk, Dynatrace, PagerDuty. Networking: TCP/IP, DNS. Incident Management: Alerts, escalations, retrospectives. Scripting: Ansible, Terraform. Automation & SLAs: SLIs, SLOs. Team Collaboration: On-call Support, release Management. Key Responsibilities: System Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor availability, analyze metrics, and tune performance. Incident Management: Manage incidents, lead escalations, and perform post-incident retrospectives. Automation & Process Improvements: Create automated systems and define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with development teams for system design, testing, and releases. On-call Support: Participate in 24/7 rotations and occasional weekend releases.
