Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated WordPress Full Stack Developer who can independently handle both frontend and backend development. You'll be working on custom WordPress themes, plugins, WooCommerce integrations, and occasionally multisite or headless setups. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, understands core WordPress architecture deeply, and can collaborate effectively with designers, PMs, and QA teams. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development (themes + plugins). Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery. Experience with Gutenberg block development or advanced ACF setups. Comfortable with WP_Query, hooks/filters, custom post types, and taxonomies. Proficiency in GIT-based workflows and CI/CD tools. Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices. Understanding of basic SEO, Core Web Vitals, and page speed performance. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervisión. Bonus Skills (Good-to-Have): Experience with WooCommerce customizations and subscriptions. Write clean, reusable, well-documented code. Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility across devices. Collaborate with QA to ensure pixel-perfect delivery and WCAG/ADA compliance where needed. Implement performance optimization techniques (caching, lazy loading, asset minification). Work with Git repositories and deployment pipelines.
