Role: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Requirements: Minimum six (6) to eight (8) years of proven experience in D365 supporter and implementation. Proofed experience with a Global Team or International Customer Base. End to End Implementation Exposure with D365. Certification in Respective Module is Added Advantage. Responsabilities: Working with customers to support Dynamics D365 Finance, Project & Accounting, Cost accounting, Sales, Production, master planning modules. Closely monitoring incidents raised and providing timely solution to business users. Following support SOPs and SLAs and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Involving in problem tickets and RCA. Providing general usability guidance, and preparation reference material for end-users. Contribute to optimizing the Support Operating Procedure. Provides mentoring/ training to less experienced team members. Knowledge sharing and preparing knowledge documents. Providing support to D365 Release, Change Management, Problem Management and RCA Process. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code. Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as customized functionalities. Ensuring smooth interfaces between downstream and upstream applications. Coordinating with technical and internal teams for customization development, testing and deployment. Coordinating with Business users and gathering business requirements and mapping the same with Dynamics D365. Documenting functional specification related to gaps identified. Functional Setup and Configurations of the system. Define, organize, execute test plan and prepare test datasets. Providing end user training and knowledge sharing with other team members.
