Rol: Web Developer Designer - Inglés B2+ Role Overview: The Web Designer will be integral in designing and developing websites that not only meet but exceed our client's expectations. Requirements: Professional in Systems Engineering or related careers. Experience of two (2) to five (5) years. Proven experience in web design and development, with a portfolio that highlights your skills and accomplishments. Proficiency in front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding of responsive design principles. Experience with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot COS, GoHighLevel) and the ability to configure and manage plugins. Strong understanding of site architecture, layout, and interface design. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with project managers and other team members. Creative thinking with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Medium English proficiency B2. Agency Tools: Hubstaff, Workamajig, Zoom, Google Apps, and Slack. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers and team members to define web strategies that align with client goals. Create site architectures, layouts, and interfaces that are intuitive and engaging. Design, develop, and test websites, prioritizing user experience and responsive design. Conduct front-end development, seamlessly integrating websites on content management systems like WordPress, HubSpot COS, and GoHighLevel. Configure technical aspects (plugins, workflows, forms) of websites to enhance functionality and user experience. Conduct usability tests, analysis and improvements to help increase user experience and conversion rates.
