Role: QA Automation Relevant Experience: Professional in Systems Engineering or related careers. 2-3 years of Quality Assurance experience in manual and automation testing. Proven experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks, preferably using Playwright (experience with Selenium is acceptable). Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and test management. Basic knowledge in backend coding language. Familiarity with Agile and/or SAFE methodologies is a plus. Extensive experience in defect management and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong understanding of cross-functional processes and large-scale system integrations. Demonstrated ability to adapt to and work with diverse internal tools and technical environments. Advanced technical and analytical skills for problem-solving and process optimization. Experience with testing strategies for enterprise-grade software solutions in the travel or airline domain is preferred. High attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze complex functional/system problems and provide innovative solutions. Excellent documentation and reporting skills—both written and verbal. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Personal Skills: Proactive and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to work autonomously while managing responsibilities effectively. Skilled in change management and flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
