    We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator. This individual will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in ensuring the platform aligns with ITIL best practices, supports efficient service delivery, and meets the evolving needs of our organization. Responsibilities : Analyze, design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and service management ITIL processes. Demonstrate knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management Services, including business services and configuration item relationships. Manage sprint releases and code migrations (managing update sets) in ServiceNow. Establish Change Advisory Boards and identify standard change management processes. Develop and enhance ITIL processes to optimize service delivery. Establish platform governance to manage technical demand and ensure platform integrity. Day to Day Activities : Assisting with client account creation. Configuring RBAC for users. Creating and managing user accounts. Administering contracts between OpenAir and ServiceNow. Updating knowledge base articles. Creating and modifying reports and dashboards. Handling service requests and improvement requests. Collaborating with Client Success Managers on reports. Requirements : 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator. Experience with ServiceNow San Diego version or later. Strong understanding of ITIL service management best practices. Solid knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management principles Proven ability to manage sprints, releases, and update sets Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly, UI scripting) preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and communicate well with clients. Ability to develop rapport with internal technical staff and leadership, excellent interpersonal skills. Self-starter, self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills. Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining sound and practical solution.
