Your role

As a Server Virtualization Engineer, you will be a key member of our Technical Assistance Centre, providing expert network support for enterprise customers primarily in the US/Canada regions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex network and virtualization issues while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Troubleshooting Level 1/2/3 network issues for enterprise customers, with a focus on server virtualization environments
Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting blade and rack servers in virtualized environments
Achieving all defined KPIs and SLAs while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Engaging effectively with customers through both written and verbal communication
Collaborating with stakeholders to drive issues to resolution efficiently
Creating technical documentation covering best practices and troubleshooting approaches
Mentoring new team members and sharing knowledge across the organization

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2 - 4 yrs of experience working in related roles (Tech support)
Strong understanding of OSI layers and relevant protocols at each level
Knowledge of common LAN, WAN, and Datacenter architectures
Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset
Strong English communication skills (B2 level minimum)
Relevant certifications such as CCNA (Desirable)
Availability to hybrid model in Bogota (2 days on site)
