Role: DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes) Your role: We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing operational and troubleshooting support for our Kubernetes-based platform services, including Port.io, DevSecOps framework called Argo. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of container orchestration, cloud-native application deployments using DevSecOps frameworks, and troubleshooting distributed systems. Manage and optimize Helm charts, Argo CD, Flux CD, YAML configurations, and other deployment artifacts. Using, configuring, and maintaining GitLab CI runners. Develop and maintain documentation for support processes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. Ensure timely resolution of incidents and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Your Profile: Proven experience in managing and supporting Kubernetes clusters in production cloud and on-prem environments. Familiarity with Port.io (or similar platform services) and cloud-native technologies. Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker. Proficiency in writing and debugging Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI.
