Manage and optimize Helm charts, Argo CD, Flux CD, YAML configurations, and other deployment artifacts. Using, configuring, and maintaining GitLab CI runners. Develop and maintain documentation for support processes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. Ensure timely resolution of incidents and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Your Profile: Proven experience in managing and supporting Kubernetes clusters in production cloud and on-prem environments. Familiarity with Port.io (or similar platform services) and cloud-native technologies. Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker. Proficiency in writing and debugging Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, or ELK stack. Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, Linux systems, and distributed systems.
