Your Mission:
- As our in-house Graphic Designer, youll play a key role in bringing our brandand our clients' brandsto life. Youll work closely with our strategy, content, and ads teams to create polished, compelling visual assets that fuel performance and inspire trust. From internal brand-building to external campaign support, youll touch it all.
What Were Looking For:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a graphic design role.
- A portfolio that demonstrates versatility, polish, and performance-oriented design.
- Reliable communication in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (with some flexibility).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to interpret the written word and discern the most meaningful part of the content and to highlight through graphic design.
- A team player who enjoys feedback, iteration, and growth.
What Youll Be Designing:
For Company:
- Case studies and client success stories.
- White papers and downloadable guides.
- Infographics to support data storytelling.
- Social media graphics (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X).
- Sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, PDFs).
- Branded templates for Canva.
For Client Work (Home Service Contractors):
- Paid media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network, LSA).
- Organic social media posts.
- YouTube intro/outro graphics and cover art.
- Website and landing page graphics.
- Email marketing visuals.
- Seasonal or event-based campaign designs.
- Print materials (postcards, flyers, door hangers).
Tools & Skills Youll Need:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
- Familiarity with Figma and Canva.
- Basic understanding of digital ad specs (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
- Solid grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Bonus: Experience working with US-based clients or agencies.
- Even better: Motion graphics.
